
Hi, my name is Dalia. I'm a chef & Chinese medicine practitioner. I love Chinese medicine because it's so empowering & effective.
I've been saving my own life & the lives of others with food medicine from teenage-hood to the present. Encouraged by other doctors who intuited my ability to take on medicine as a young person I saw feeding people as a viable livelihood with great benefit to the environment. I was at the forefront of the farm to table movement with a talent for cooking from my mother & inevitably became a chef & restaurant owner. Which was a brutal & beautiful way to become unwell, even with the best diet possible at the time.
I became determined to learn a medicine that I could heal myself with. I found it in Chinese Medicine. It wasn't acupuncture or powdered herbs. It was real food, body & mind therapy all together & I had to learn it all myself so it took several years. Once I had a strong grasp of Chinese medicine I went to town experimenting with it & I feel I have made huge discoveries in the field of medicine. Of course, none of this is new it's timeless knowledge updated for the modern person with my loving & tastey touch.
Food contains energy, just as you do, & the energy you gain from food is referred to as Gu Chi, which signifies the "house of grain" and pertains to your digestive organs because they produce & utilize energy like a grainery. Energy can be harmonious or disharmonious, with the disharmonious aspects being unique to your body type and constitution. Chinese medicine food therapy aids you in understanding your body type and constitution, encouraging you to eat in way that nourishes your unique self, which is a profound act of self-love that contributes significantly to your overall well-being. The GuChi way of selfcare is delicious & miraculous.

When I started shakti nam once a week I
stopped aging at the rate of my peers.
When I started to practice everyday, plus other healing & beauty modalities of
Chinese medicine (like diet) I started to reverse aging & haven’t been sick in 1/2 a decade.
Now my dream is to share it with the world
